The regional project aims at
A network of institutions in the Near East as well as Germany (with special focus on technology centers and universities of applied sciences) supports the dissemination of innovation and technology.

The project is focusing on the meso-level. Appropriate partner institutions will develop their capacity within the framework of a network to provide improved SME services (with regard to innovation and technology consultancy in particular). Furthermore, the project will support strengthening the capacities of partner institutions to develop innovation projects and to contribute to an improved innovation policy.
